musical rush

There's been a mad musical rush in February, so far. It's almost as if I'm behind and need to do a little catching up. What makes it even better, however, is that I'm hoping this is the way that the year turns out, because 2003 was a little limp. Check it:

With a total of 6 CDs to review, I think I'm in overload heaven. In which order should I review these? Anything else I forgot, people? Bring it on!

I'd do dangermouse as well - I don't even know where to start with it so *I'm* remiss, to borrow your perfect term, to touch it as well. Love to see what you have to say.

I just wrote a review of Kanye myself, which might be the main reason I come out of hiatus a little earlier than I expected. No one will care what I think of this CD in a few weeks.

Grey album rocks. If you're into that disc you should check out "Listening is Easy Vol. 1" by DJ Z-Trip. (www.djztrip.com) The disc was never released but you can find it through his web site forum or if you can't find it, maybe I'll stick it up on my blog. Let me know if you have trouble. Although not 100% hiphop, he mixes groups like AC/DC with Aguilera, DMC with Madonna, etc.

I finally picked up the Maroon 5 album. The jury is still out on it but I'm liking most of it.
